General provisions
These terms govern the relationship between the seller and the customer when purchasing goods through the PY Sport online store.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read these terms. Consumers also have the rights provided by applicable law.

ADD THE LEGAL NAME / NAME, REGISTERED OR CONTACT ADDRESS, COMPANY ID AND CONTACT DETAILS BEFORE LAUNCHING THE STORE.

Orders and contract
The customer submits an order through the cart and checkout. Before submitting the order, the customer can review and correct the entered information.
The customer will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The contractual terms and order are stored electronically.

Price and payment
Product prices are shown with the individual products. The final order price, including any delivery and payment costs, is displayed before the order is completed.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout according to the current store setup.

Delivery
The delivery method and any delivery fee are shown at checkout based on the delivery address and ordered goods.
If circumstances arise that may affect the delivery time, we will inform the customer using the available contact details.

Withdrawal from the contract
For distance contracts, consumers have the right to withdraw within the scope and under the conditions set by applicable law.
The final withdrawal procedure, deadlines, exceptions and withdrawal form should be completed before launch based on the seller’s final terms and conditions.

Complaints and defective goods
Any defects in the goods may be reported to the seller. Complaints will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the nature of the particular defect.
When making a complaint, we recommend including the order number, description of the defect and the customer’s contact details.
